Back is killing me!
My lower back is killing me! :\ The only place it hurts is the middle like where my spine is. I don't have a heating pad, so that is out. But is there anything else I can do? I tried having my daughter put her feet on the spot and push as hard as she could, but I think she thinks she will get in trouble because its kind of like kicking.
Go and get a massage ;-) it'll ease the pain, and its the best way to relax. I'm a massage practitioner myself, so it is perfectly fine for you to get a massage and cannot cause labour, what many think...of you can't go to get a massage, Take a warm bath, and let your special one rub your back gently... Like circling around the area, and applying a bit of pressure. See if that helps. Take care hun ;-) hugs
