I want my husband to rub my back and I know if I ask he will but idk how to lay cuz normally I would just lay on my tummy but it's too big and uncomfortable how can I lay or sit to relive pressure on my spine and allow him to massage it?
Lay on your side start off on your left side then go to your right side so both sides get some love.
