I think I've been having actual contractions since about 25 weeks. They are painful like period cramps and make it serverly hard to move or stand but they always go away after about 20-30 mins

So within the last maybe 15 mins I'm feeling pain in my upper back as well and pressure in my upper thighs....
Do u think maybe I'm just dehydrated or having body aches or did any of you ladies experience these symptoms with contractions as well

No pain in the tummy area but back wise I'd say on a pain scale of 0-10 . 10 being the worse pain I've ever felt ... I'd say a 6

That's contractions I would call your doc. And let them know. You might be dehydrated try drinking water and laying on your left side if they don't stop I would call your doc for sure
