I'm 34 weeks pregnant. I have had a hemriod for about 2 weeks its doesn't hurt or itch I have been using rexall hemriod ointment wanting it to go away but hasn't. How do I get it to go away?

I ended up having a skin tag after my first from my hemorrhoids so if it doesn't hurt but doesn't go away then it might be that. Its not that big of a deal, but after I'm done having kids I'd like it removed.
