I have a friend who had every complication under the sun with her first pregnancy (placenta previa, preeclampsia, etc.) and ended up having a "textbook" one the second time around. Each pregnancy is different. You may be at a slightly higher risk for having certain complications because you had them before, but it doesn't necessarily mean that you'll have them again.
Good luck :)
possibly consult your midwife
It doesn't. I had a horrible first pregnancy where I was high risk the whole time and then my second pregnancy everything was smooth sailing (or at least until I had issues towards the end and now I am considered high risk again). As far as another c-section it really depends on the doctor but if you are able to you should be able to get a vbac (vaginal birth after c-section).
