Has anyone got some good advice for me? i am really scared incase i don't come on, also my mum knows i am ment to be on this weekend and i don't want her asking questions. The pains come and go all through the day but more come then go and its really getting me down.
please wil you give me some advice. My mother knows that i am due on my periods and if i do not come on then she will ask me questions. What chances have i got ?
Sweetie you're probably feeling just cramps because if you were on your period 3 weeks ago you're going to be due to start soon, and lots of women get PMS symptoms a week before they're due. And yes pre-*** can get you pregnant, but chances are very very low, and even lower if you were on your period.
I would suggest reading how the whole cycle works to ease your mind. You can google it and it will show you how everything works and how low the chance of you getting pregnant on your period are.
Also, have you tried taking any tylenol or anything to relieve the pain. I would do that and try and relax in a warm bath. It could very well just be period pains, which I'm thinking you're having.'
Good Luck! If you need anything else or if you feel your question wasn't answer you can write back and I will be looking very often at your post and will respond back as soon as I can.
Yes but i have had these pains for a week now and i am just due on this saturday now coming. I have took parocetamol for my pains and that hasn't really helped. I woudn'd be soo panicy if i didn't have these pains. I have never experienced these pains before and since 3 weeks ago when i had sexual indercorse when i was on my periods, i have been worrying about the pre-*** and the symtoms. The most nerve racking thing is the pains as i have not had them before. The only pains i have recieved in the past is period pains when i am on my periods.
is it true that If you can only get pregnant while you are ovulating, how can it happen during your period?
OK sweetie, I'm not sure what answer you're looking for; but like most of the previous posters have stated, you are 9 times out of 10 NOT pregnant. It's very rare for a women to ovulate while she is menstruating. You are still very young and you'll continue to have changes in your monthly cycle until you stop having one decades from now. As your body grows and matures and produces more of a certain type of hormone you'll have all sorts of changes to look forward to. Since you asked for advice I figured I'll go ahead and slide you some: if you're going to be sexually active you may want to educate yourself on the way the human body works and if your mother knows your cycles you may want to be honest with her and let her know that you're active and you guys can look into some form of birth control together, or if you're not comfortable with that go to planned parenthood they have one in every state and they are a confidential source. At this stage in the game you cant afford to make any mistakes with your life...knowledge is the biggest defense against all bullsh*t. Good Luck!
