Bad back pain
All day I've had really bad back pain it's like the whole of my back is burning and I keep getting sharp pains now and then. Any tips on how to ease the pain??
I've had the past 2 weeks... I thought it was cause in my first pregnancy my daughter broke my tailbone in delivery but my back has been hurting extremely bad and I'm only 8weeks... I usually lay down and try to get comfortable with pillows or sometimes a hot bath / shower helps me
Even when I lie down I can feel it doesnt matter what position I lie in. Going to try some paracetamol and hot water bottle it just came on from nowhere never had any bad back pain with my last pregnancy
