Believe it or not ask your doctor about an iron supplement that truly helps I am 39 -3 and was struggling with that and i found out my iron was really low
I had the same problem. Doc told me stool softners and milk of magnesium (ddef spelled it wrong lol) but worked wonders for me. Took the milk thingy once and the stool softners I took for a couple days. Didn't have a problem with pooping for the rest of my pregnancy.
eat plenty of fiber and try cutting down on iron intake
I had the same problem . Lots of water worked for me ,and natural fibers like pinapple or mango,etc.,if nothing works then talk to your doctor .
I have the same problem. I'm about 8 weeks and its getting really bad where I have pressure on my butt and get cramping pains because of it. Last pregnancy I drank a cup or two of prune juice in the morning then took a cap full of miralax at night. Afrer a few daya it really started to work great. I'm starting it again now becausw I haven't really gone in almost a week :( hope this helps!
Are you taking prenatals because that can cause it. I would talk to your doctor about it.
You may need to speak to your doctor about it. Maybe they can prescribe something.
