All good news! Thanks ladies! Sssooo glad im still working! Lol
Omg yes. I was able to tolerate the contractions A LOT better than with my first.
I worked 8 hrs as a busser with my second and he came 1 day after my final day of work and this is my 3rd im a server now its hard but i hope i make it :-)
Was labor any easier than the pregnancies that you didnt work?
I worked full 2 out of 3 pregnancies and my 2nd I almost went into labor a few days early so was put on bedrest til the due date which he was on time. My third I did start going into labor but they stopped it and if they hadnt Id of been a week early.
I only worked during my second pregnancy not my other 2. I was working full time in a restaurant and it was tough. My lil man decided to come at 33 weeks 5 days with no warning. I wish you the best!
Well I hope I have the same luck ! I dont wanna end up having to be induced...will be checked at my appointment next tuesday..hopefully im dialated atleast to 1
I work at a casino standing all my feet my entire shift and Im still working. I'm 36 weeks and will be induced on the 23rd. I think the more u walk and exercise the easier it will be during labor and the pushing part, your muscles should be more relaxed.
I worked whole pregnancy as a medial assistant full time and a couple times a months at hospital. My daughter came 2 weeks early.
im in the military and i have to work all the way up until baby arrives. my duty day starts from 530 in the morning and ends at 430 in the evening. ive been feeling sharp pains around my belly button, and she is sitting very low. im supposed to being travling back home in november, its a 24 hr drive, at that time ill be 34 weeks. im scared she is going to be here sooner than i expect. any suggestions to keep her in longer??
I'm at work right now, haha. I'm a manager at a retail store and still work 40 hours a week on my feet all day. It's brutal.
My last shift was may 2 and I had my baby may 9th. I went 4 days overdue. :)
I worked all the way up to a day shy of 36 weeks.. I'm now 38+2...I did get increased braxton hicks when I was working and had to get contractions stopped...but so far it didn't help much lol...I was on my feet 9 hours a day...bending squatting...lifting etc
Lol yeah I know....and although ive carried low the whole time....hes dropped even lower! im now almost 35 weeks and lately been having increased braxton hicks while working...i want to keep him in long enough but definately dont wanna go overdue! I really hope working so much on my feey helps! Was hoping more women had more success stories! Lol
I'm 33 just about 34 weeks prego nd I'm still working eight hour shifts nd on my feet the entire time nd I was wondering the same thing cuz I'm showing signs of labor getting close I would think bby would come right on time cuz excercise is good lol
I worked my whole pregnancy with my daughter and she came right on time.
