lower bump pain 30+3

Hi all,
i'm 30+3 and lost my mucus plug after sex 2 days ago. Since maybe 20 wks i have lost a small bit of plug the day after having sex but was never worried as i know it regenerates. however this time i have had so much discomfort since just before losing it. i cant stand up without aching at bottom of my bump nd cervix area.it seems like too much discomfort for just 30wks? could this just be a coincidence and be unrelated like baby dropping or should i be concerned? 2nd pregnancy btw , thanks

I would restrict what you do. Lay down as much as possible. It may just be the baby dropping, as I am 32 weeks and have the same pressure, but just to be safe.

Thanks for responding, pressure has eased now alot i have different aches and pains now, going tomorrow to get checked for kidney infection. thanks again :-)

Maybe you should go to ER or call your Dr see what they say. Just to be on the safe side. Sorry I am not much help
