So I did try the benadryl and it works

Certain antihistamines do help w morning sickness. It's not uncommon. I swear I have an undiagnosed case of HG bc my doctor doesn't really seem to give a crap or even know what is going on in my pregnancy.  I refused to take the harsh anti nausea meds like Phenergan or zofran bc I'm not willing to risk my babies health, so basically i just ended up vomiting and having hot flashes all of my 1st trimester and well into my second. What I did do was start a regimen of b6 and doxylamine (also an antihistamine) before bed, then more b6 in the morning. It didn't stop it bc i was so bad off for a while and my sickness was fairly extreme, but the days I skipped it I was 100 times worse. So yes it's a thing and it does help.  :)

Yes benadryl is fine to take during pregnancy.

Ive never heard of taking benedryl for morning sickness? It rele doesnt even make sense to me seens benedryl is for allergies. I suggest trying hard candies(i found jolly ranchers helped) ginger ale and small meals, try ur hardest to keep ur stomach full bc when it gets empty thats when the nausea gets worse! Trust me im at almost 37 wks and still get it some days

Idk about morning sickness but my allergies get so bad I have to take it every night
