Biotin
I'm 20 weeks pregnant with my first. I was wandering if it's ok to take biotin? Please Help.
ive heard that too much is bad, biotin is already in the prenatals but you can always ask your doctor, maybe a lower dose or something
I guess it is but you want to make sure with your doctor because if you take to much or to less and it could be bad I guess..try getting prescribed first
