My girlfriend had been on birth control for about two years. She always had her period on a saturday. Always. She had to stop taking the pills for a month (her prescription was messed up), but once she got her pills back, she didn't wait for her period to start before starting the pills. So my question is, would it be normal for her period to start on a saturday still? Because the period after she started the pills again started on a saturday and lasted for nine days. The concern we had was that she still had a few active pills left. And again this month, it started before her pills were done. I had concerns that it could be implantation bleeding, because she said this one was very light and lasted for about 4 days (she said it was enough that she had to have a tampon, but there was still some light spotting). However, pregnancy is not something that I think is very likely (we use her b/c, a condom, and withdrawal everytime). Plus she has had numerous things going against her (on/off/back on the pills, a case of mono, antibiotics, quit her job/stress about finding another one). I didn't really start worrying about pregnancy again though until today, when she told me she has been sick to her stomach alot today (and felt queasy the night before). However, I one possible reason for this is that, because the pharmacy wasn't open on Sunday, she didnt get her pills until monday. So she took the pill she missed as soon as she got them and then took her regular one a few hours later and went to bed. She said that the last time that happened, she felt the same way the next day (and that I was worrying to much.)
So again, my question is would the saturday start make since? And how worried should I be about her being pregnant?
(I know that no one is a doctor on here, I just want some opinions)
