Anyone else decide not to take birth control due to all the side effects you take a chance with while taking them? What did you do to prevent yours, elf from getting pregnant again? I don't really want to take birth control never have I've seen how some people have side effects yes everybody is different but that's a chance I don't want to take of being depressed etc.

Honesty I'd say use a condom. There are male and female ones you can get. Pull out isn't a good form of bc at all, men pre *** and it can be more potent then there full load. Take the safe way and use condoms

Same here, we've been using pull out method for years. Worked well, only a few times had to get emergency Plan B when my husband ended up cuming inside. I think its a very effective method if a guy knows what he is doing.
We'll go back to it after our baby is born.

@ kiara6789 Yeah I said if the male partner knows how to control his ejaculate.  Depending on how knowledgeable he is of his body it can be that effective. It can also by chance be 75% effective if the male does not know how to control that. Not everybody uses it because as a woman you shouldn't put all your trust on the guy for something that important. I however am married and have been doing the pull out methodfor while and am happy with it. Hun I think it's best to do research and do what's best for you. Good luck.

I dont use BC. It causes me horrible side effects no matter what it is. I have learned to pay attention to my body and know when im fertile and not. When my body is fertile, I know because of the discharge. I use pulling out method on my non fertile days, and condom on my fertile days. Used these methods and avoided pregnancy for 4 years until i decided to have another. Take care.

My husband bck when he was my bf only used condoms for when we were dating then when we moved in he stopped using em & used the pull out. Our first two kids were planned but w.this one it wasnt igot pregnant w.him using the pull out method so , theres no 100%. After this one ima try to use implanon (birthcontrol) & see how it works well for me.

That's definitely incorrect.  There is no way a doctor would say the pull out method is 98% effective. That's the same percentages as birth control and condoms. If it was that high nobody would use either as a form of contraception.

Same here,  I stopped taking birth control since November of last year.  I just had my husband pull out,  it was very effective for us.  Then in April we decided we wanted to have a baby and I got pregnant in June.  My doctor said it's 98% effective if the male knows how to control when they ***. I rather that than taking all these hormones that mess up my periods, mood swings and more. Lol.
