I think it's important to remember its YOUR body, and to get what you're comfortable with. With the IUD, if placed properly you can't feel it nor should he. You can discuss all your options with your doctor. There's also a helpful guide for all BCs and info about em.

no i didnt have that problem with nuva ring just ovarian cyst
There's probably more but thats all I could remember
Like I said only certain bc can be used while breast feeding...the only ones I can think of is iud and the mini pill... it all has to do with the hormones in it
My doctor has a nuva ring she said she loves it but it caused a lot of discharge. Did you have that problem?
i know a few ppl on implanon which goes in your arm and love it. i also got pregnant a few years ago on the pill but if you are wanting long term i say implanon and if not you could try shot, patch or nuva ring, i had nuva ring liked it at first but then not so much bc while on it i kept getting ovarian cysts.
I do plan on breastfeeding. And I wanted and iud but my husband says no way... He thinks he will be able to feel it. Idk what to do.
I like the IUD option. Used it after my first child and it worked fine. Easy to get, easy to remove, and most are good up to 5 years. Nothing to remember everyday too, which is a bonus. That is my personal choice. Talk to your OB, they can help you choose something that would work best for you.
Are yu planning on breastfeeding because some bc isn't supposed to be taken while bf...I plan on using the ortho evra patch it seems convenient because I dont have to remember to take it everyday...im not really interested in long term because hubby and I dont want our kids very far apart
