I went to my doctors today for my two week incision check up. They asked me if I wanted birth control and I asked if it would interfere with breast feeding. He said I could get an iud which I don't want. Or get on a pill that's just progesterone.
My question is..is anyone else on the pill and having or not having a problem with breast feeding?
I've heard it may cause a decrease in milk the first couple of weeks. Also because its progesterone only you have to take it at same time every day. I believe there is a 3 hr gap that you could take it in after you have to use a back up method like condoms for a week.
