Birth control

Hi ladies! I was curious if any of you had experience with the IUD(cooper T) I can't have any type of birth control with hormones so an IUD seems to be my only choice! I have heard awesome things but I have a friend who said hers moved and damaged her uterus and was very painful. Just hoping someone has had it before because after I have my son I don't want to get pregnant anytime soon haha

I got pregnant in February with copper iud called paraguard, had a miscarriage, got another one put in in march called skyla, got pregnant 2 weeks after it was placed, now im 8 weeks pregnant. Got it taken out at 6 weeks pregnant. (Thats when i found out i was) i do not recommend iuds. I hate them. But everyones body is different. Maybe mine just doesnt like them. Also i had the copper iud in a year beforr getting pregnant.

I had an IUD for over 8 years and now I am pregnant with a baby conceived while the IUD was still in place. I was a very pleased customer for the 8 years it worked. Don't get me wrong, DH and I are excited to have a baby but talk about a shocking experience
1/1000 women with the Paraguard conceive. After delivery I will most likely have another one. No idea what the odds are for conceiving again, with a new one after a successful pregnancy but I figure they have to be pretty low.

Have you heard of The Creighton Method? Its a scientifically based method of tracking  your fertility...all natural, no hormones, no devices, no risk of side effects. And its just as effective as hormonal birth control at avoiding pregnancy!
