Anxiety for first U/S

I have my first U/S tomorrow, I will be 6w4d, give or take a day, literally. I'm very very very nervous, I think it's because I know what to expect with this one, and what I should see, and hear. I'm also nervous because my boobs have backed off on being tender lately, they still are, especially when I take my bra off at the end of the day or wake up in the morning, just not as intense as before. I've really had no morning sickness, just food aversions pretty bad. Anyone else feel this way? I feel like I should be so excited, but I'm just too nervous to. On top of that, DH might not be able to go, so my mom is going to be going with me, and if something does go wrong, I'd really like DH to be there! :(

I thought it was weird my boobs haven't really hurt either. I'm 12w Wednesday the only time i've noticed my boobs even remotely sore is when I would wear my super push up bra, which I refuse to wear now just makes me miserable lol, but if they do get even a lil sore since i've stopped wearing that bra is at night ONLY. Lol glad to hear i'm not the only one. All my symptoms have gone away mostly. Although since last week I've been getting headaches almost every day. guess we are just lucky! Lol good luck at your ultrasound tomorrow! I'm sure everything is going to be fine! (:

I am in the same boat. Being in the military they like to wait until you sre 10-12 weeks to do the first ultrasound. So my appt is tomorrow and I am scared to death. My husband and I have been waiting 5 weeks for this and keep thinking "what if" its so nerve wrecking. After 5 years of ttc and two misscarriages we are too chicken to see our baby. Hopefully, everything turns out wonderfully for the both of us. Good luck to you.

I get nervous before every ultrasound I have, and I'm 38 weeks and get them weekly. I think it's just a mom thing, worrying about our babies. But if you haven't had any heavy bleeding, you're probably fine.

Most of my symptoms didn't start until 8 weeks or so, and I never had a lot of morning sickness. It doesn't mean anything other than you're one of the lucky ones. :)

I was nervous for the first one too and we have another one on Wednesday for the anatomy scan.  I am even more nervous this time. I am still pretty small so it makes me worry about the size of the baby and as much as I hate this I am still smoking so I worry there will be something wrong.  But I am sure for both of us out ultrasounds will be just fine and we will see healthy babies
