Bleeding after vaginal delivery ?

I delivard my beautiful girl the 21st no drugs at all no pain medicine during or now that I'm home and the first time I went to pee it was lots of blood like I murdered someone in the potty ! Lol now I'm still bleeding just not as bad I put a pretty big overnight pad on at 11 last night it was full by 8 this morning this is normal right? There isn't much blood in the toilet you can see the bottom. How long will bleeding last?

You will bleed for about six to seven weeks after having a baby. Its normal.

I didn't get cut or rip or tare he said I have like scratches and going to have a carpet burn like feeling down there

And the bleeding varies for everyone. Some bleed 6 weeks some bleed 8 weeks. But normally it decreases in heaviness as time goes on.

You have 9 months of periods to account for..so yes its normal however, if you begin soaking completely through an overnight/ super heavy pad in 2 hours then u need to go to the emergency room.

Did you have an episiotomy (not spelled right I know lol) ? Because I did on the 18th and its completely normal if you did and even if not you still will bleed some
