Bleeding during 12th week

I'm currently in my 12th week, had IPS 1 test 4 days back and baby was reported normal. Since then I'm having dark brown discharge, sometimes clot. Went to Emergency Care where they took ultrasound which showed normal baby but with a tear on right side of placenta. Doctor advised to take bed rest. I'm on bed rest for the last 2 months since I've had 2 miscarriages in the past 1.5 yrs.

I'm really worried as the bleeding has not stopped and is now more in brown liquid form. I'm really worried. Please help getting me some answers and what to do???

If you are that concerned about it, I would call your OB right now.... Somethings like tear's in the placenta can heal themselves, it's just a matter of time......  I would worry about a miscarriage unless you are cramping really badly and bleeing with clots... but if you are that worried, i would call you ob.

IPS is a prenatal test to understand if the child has developed ok, normally through ultrasound and blood work.

No its not normal old blood which is coming out, as I said in the post, I'm really worried with tear in placenta and what does that mean...does it mean it will lead to miscarriage...what are the chances of survival from here on....

ok what exactly is IPS ? Brown blood is old blood, which means it could just be somehow you got irritated and it's just shedding that old stuff out.....
