Bleeding during early pregnancy?

Hey everyone, going by my recent blood works I am 6 weeks 4 days (or 5 weeks 4 days from LMP). Yesterday I stood up and felt slightly wet in my underwear, and when I went to the bathroom there was some blood. I put on a sanitary pad, and changed it once, only a teaspoon sized amount of blood both times, and it appears to have ceased now.. I didnt have implantation bleeding and Im too far along for that now.. I have had no cramping or pain whatsoever, but im still very worried as you can imagine.. did this happen to anyone else and what could it be? Sorry for the long question I am just so worried. This is my first bub.

Thanks ladies for your support, I wish you both a smooth pregnancy. I was devastated about the bleeding but I hear it is quite common.. we have reason to suspect twins so perhaps bubs are just getting settled.. my partner has been trying to.convince me everything is fine so I think I should take his advice, and both of your advice :)

I got spotting around 6 weeks with my last pregnancy. None so far with this one and Ill be 5 weeks wednesday. But its normal as long as your not having heavy bleeding (like a period) or cramping. I wouldnt worry but call your OB if its really worrying you. Best of luck to you.

if every worried or have questions or concerns call your ob. ive had numerous pregnancies and miscarriages. i am 17 weeks pregnant right now and at 7 weeks i had some cramping a few days before that and twice had some blood about the size of a quarter or maybe a lil more. i was told old blood just happens sometimes. baby was great and is still great i get ultrasounds and all done every 2-3 weeks bc i am high risk but it did happen to me and baby is fine and growing great; he/she is definitely active lil thing also.
