Bleeding during first trimester

Hi,

I am almost 10 weeks pregnant.  I have got some blood clot (either black or dark brown colour) kind of thing 2 days back during urine.  I have got pain in the left side of stomach before that. Can any one suggest what this could be, as due to some reason I am not able see doctor for next one week. I do have ovary cyst in my right ovary.

i have been having spottings after uine for the past 11/2 weeks and just day b4 yday i have niticed clotting after my urine,i am 8weeks gone,i had an ultrasound check after the spotting bt nt after the clothing.what do i do.am scared to death,its my first.
