Bleeding

I bleed every so often and it's red blood. Doctors never seem to find anything really wrong but what I'd like to know is if that normal?

In my first trimester I did bleed. But my Dr said it happen sometimes to most women. She said it could because of sex or just your period a egg the didn't get fertilize. But I still kept watch on it. I'm 37weeks 2days now. I hope everything works out.
