Drink water! Water is the number 1 thing you can do for bloating. If you are pregnant it could be bloat from gas (water will help with that as well) or just general pregnancy bloating. It will go away as your uterus grows and takes up space in your abdomen. The uterus sits below the public bone until week 12 or so so all that bloat is not even your womb at this point (if you're under 12 weeks).
Depends on if it is from gas. I remember taking simethicone which is the ingredient in gas-x during another pregnancy. You can check with your doctor about it. I just kind of deal with the bloating. I figure I just don't want to take anything I don't have to. Good luck to you!

you can eat funel seed. ( you can find in indian store), try lemonade, it helps. otherwise you have to deal with it. it all come with the pkg :) . have happy 9 motnhs
