sleeping...

Is it really bad for me too sleep on my back? 36 weeks...

Just elevate yourself with pillows so your not laying completely flat , the baby can lay in nerves and make your legs go numb if I'm not mistaken. I still sleep on my back and my side belly lol

Nope only if it starts feeling uncomfortable you should turn on your side alot of women sleep on there stomach still when pregnant I will sleep whatever is comfortable its not always comfortable sleeping on your side
