Blood Work Results - Help plz

Okay, so I had some bloodwork run at the begining of last month. The Dr said they did a full panel of blood work however some of it wasn't entirely necessary so he didn't pay much attention.. And, it was in the ER so of course, nothing explained to me. I'm going to type out the results if ANYONE knows what any of them are.. please can you tell me what they are and if the result is normal

Also, I had an ultrasound and the results are followed.. these I don't understand either..

The uterus is measured at 8.1 x 3.7 x 6 cm and appears normal with endometrial thickness of 1cm.

Please, if anyone understands of this some help would be great!

im not sure what they mean but you can maybe google each term and see what you get, i'll research it for you as well
