Blood after vomiting?

I will be 14 weeks in a few days and about two months ago when I started to get morning sickness I would spit up a little blood afterwards, but recently it's been more than usual. I forgot to tell my doctor at my first appointment and have my second appointment in 4 days, but was wondering if anyone knew why it happens or what causes it.

Cause when you throw up a lot it's irritates your throat.... It happened to me too.

I have no idea why but i was the same way and everything fine
