AF late? hpt? pregnancy symptoms?

Hi all, we are ttc and AF is 2 days late today. I did a hpt yesterday and it was negetive. I really think that I am pregnant, my cycle is usually 28days and i cant think of any other reason it would be late, i'm healthy and dont have stress as far as I know.
I was wondering how long should i wait before i do another test and should i buy the expensive ones instead?
Have any of you not get your period and turned out you were'nt pregnant?
I've had alot of lower abdominal cramping for about a week, but thats gone away now, then nausea and headaces started and 2 days ago i noticed i'm going to the bathroom more. my nipples and breasts are'nt sore at all so could that mean i'm not pregnant?

thanks!! i'm going to wait untill next week friday to do a test if AF has not shown by then and get a better brand. I'll let you know how it turned out, keep fingers crossed!!

I would test in a week, also yes I would buy a good one/ good brand like first response.

Wen I was ttc I was 5 days l8 wen I was always 26days I think wen ur ttc if u want it bad enough I think u make ur body think its pregnant (I no it happened 2 me a lot) but if u still have not had af show after 1 wk take another test with 1st mornin urine (always 1st mornin urine) keep us posted plz x
