Boobie problems

My breast have been itching for some time like the nipple area where the milk.comes out. The itching can be unbearable sometimes so I scratch it.. I took a shower got out the shower put my milk pads on or nursing pads so the milk doesnt leak through my shirt.. A couple hours later m breast started to feel funny so I checked and come to find out my breast were bleeding... I was like wth so I tried to wipe It and it started to sting I really have nothing else that I know to do... Anybody else going through the boobie changes  ?
