Boobs hurt!

My boobs have been really tender today, and i went to take a bath, and there were while dots around my nipples, is this normal? Im 19+4, anyone else experiencing this??

Yeah, the only thing i do, is put my coco butter lotion on my boobs, as well as my belly, hips, thighs, and arms.

I was told never to wash ur nipples with soap when in the shower/bath. Those white dots are like bacteria fighters for the nipple. Soap will kill it off. Just let water run over them

That's normal I was reading my breast feeding boom the other day and it said the white dots are some kind of gland that help with the milk. You're fine. :)
