Is it safe to go bowling at 23wks???

I'm 20 weeks and I go bowling almost every week with the bf and son .. we have a blast! I use a 7lb ball and everything is just fine :)

Im 25w and i bowl with an 11lbs ball. I asked my doctor and she said there is no risk in bowling besides falling,( which you could do anywhere) and its not like your picking up a 20lbs ball. Ive had no difficulties nor has my doctor said anything bad about bowling while pregnant.

I've bowled around that time and was fine. Just get the lighter bowling balls.

I bowled once (don't exactly remember when but I'm pretty sure in my 2 trimester and so far my boys healthy! But don't bowl with any thing past like 5 pounds.

I've bowled during all my pregnancies.... the further you get the harder it gets because your balance gets off.  All my babies have been fine... lol

Everyone has told me bowling is unsafe at any stage in pregnancy.. You could bowl with 5lbs.. But because it's a back and forth motion I don't know..
