Braxton Hicks Question

How do you no when your getting braxton hicks?

i am 30+2.. been getting them since 16wks.. they tight my lower abdomen really hard for 30sec causing me to stop breathing aswell.. since 24wks now they are painful.. same thing only with sides pain and they are getting intense every week.,,... n they are worst if i have gas or constipation or full bladder..

No i dont need to go to the toilet but thats what it feels like in my belly like i have abit of a upset stomic aswell im 32+4 but today i feel fine

Its like menstrual cramps and doesnt have a pattern or isnt prolonged

I keep getting cramps but it feels more like i need to go to the toilet... Could those be braxton hicks?

It can be painful and uncomfortable, period like cramps. .
