Braxton hicks ?

How does the Braxton hicks feel like ? I'm 34weeks tomorrow and I've been having sharp / tighting pains on my right lower side of my stomach. . Help pls.

Braxton Hicks are different for everyone
the only way to distinguish if its real contractions
if you get cramps or belly tightness with back ache six times or more in an hour
and if you try doing the opposite of what youre doing
like say, youre laying down and youre in pain
then take a walk or switch positions or drink lots of water and go pee
and if by the second hour you still get more than six

at least thats what ive been told
real contractions get stronger and consistent

You can go into labor at 34 weeks, my niece did at 35 weeks..and real contractions are like your stomach will tighten up, and you'll get a sharp tightening pain in your lower back & slight cramps in your lower belly, like period cramps

It feels like your stomach tightens or gets heavy . It's a little uncomfortable but they don't hurt .. u can be experiencing real contractions
