It internally decapitated her. Meaning it severed her spinal cord blood vessels nerves n all @ householder

it didn't decapitate her, it fractured her skull and they took her off life support 5 days later.. it's still a very sad and heart breaking story though!  :/

What I read didnt say if it was her regular doc or if it was an on-call. Still, from what I understood if the mother is cognitive then they cant go against her wishes. How scary. Baby daddy is even upset by it and I dont mean angry I mean he is fearful a doc could blatantly disregard a person like that. And to hear it happen too... makes my tummy churn.

Exactly @beeley I can't even imagine how traumatic that is to have your baby killed while inside of you?! By the one person u put all ur trust into for 9 months

I shared that on fb! Its so sad. They have the law on their side, but really, that does absolutely no good. I feel terrible for their loss.

The dr refused to do a csection even though baby wasnt dropping into the birth canal and he used forceps and decapitated her while she was still in the mother :(( this is the link
