Breast Pump!
My mom bought me a breast pump today and I'm super excited about it! I'm curious though if any of you momma had an issue with supply by just pumping and not feeding straight from the boob? I plan on "breast feeding" by bottle because I want what's best for my baby but I also plan on returning to work
In order to produce milk you need to attach baby directly to your boob. If you only pump you will dry out soon. There is also lots of foods you can eat to help increase the amount if milk your breasts make. And there is a few that can also dry you out completely.
