Breast swelling went down am i about to have a miscarriage?

I'm 9 weeks at first my breasts were swollen, tender, and a little bit itchy. Monday i woke up and it was back to my normal cup size. No more tenderness, no more soreness or anything. A couple of days ago i woke up really sick. Throwing up yellow bile all day. No matter what i ate i threw up with the bile at the end. I haven't experienced any bleeding. I do have a slight discharge it isn't yellow, green, or itchy it's like it's just there. I'm not in any type of pain or anything. Could this mean that I'm about to have a miscarriage? Is the baby still alive? Why do it feel like my body is going back to normal?

Thanks. I have a ultrasound later on today. I've been kind of concerned because this would be my fifth ultrasound and I'm only 9 weeks. My last ultrasound they was only able to see the sac. At first they were concerned if i was even pregnant at all, then they were worried about it being a ectopic pregnancy, then a threatened abortion and now the doctor says she wants me to keep getting ultrasounds until she's able to see a baby. I didn't know being pregnant was going to be this stressful and complicated. It's 4 o'clock in the morning and i have yet to been able to get one bit of sleep worrying about what they'll say next.

Not at all. Pregnancy symptoms come and go. And discharge is normal. Your throwing up is most likely just morning sickness. It all sounds normal to me. If you experience pain and bleeding then that would be something to be concerned about.

You should go to a doctor just to make sure everything is okay
