Oatmeal helps along with lots of water. Don't worry about gaining weight you lose 500 calories a day producing and feeding your baby. Also continue to take prenatal vitamins. If all else fails there is that mama's milk tea. I never used it but people have told me it works well.
Oatmeal is beyond healthy for you. Oatmeal is a great nutritious breakfast for you. I'm in great shape pregnant and not pregnant. Never had an issue with it. Obviously, you should have controlled portions with everything you eat.
