Just try and relax when it happens. A month ago it was so bad that I had to call my boss and come in an hour or two late at work just so I could take a nap and calm down. It will get easier to deal with though.

I get that way too.. especially if I have just gotten out of the shower and im trying to get ready. I think its a mixture of blood pressure and sugar levels. Just drink more water and eat something. I have to relax for a few minutes before continuing sometimes. I'm almost 35 weeks now... been having this for about 2 or 3 weeks now.
