When is the earliest I can get a newborn's ears pierced?
Yup, the child has to be at least 8 weeks old and first round of shots are recommended but not required. Really the shots are for your relief and comfort.
I got my daughters ears pierced the day she turned 2 months old. They don't ask for shot records.

They say to wait at the very least until after the first tetanus shot which I think is given at two months.
