10wks pregnant, GA 6 wks, still no heartbeat of baby

I am 24yr old turning 25 this june. Got my last period on 1 feb. So by last week I was 10wks pregbant but still after both normal U/S and TVS U/S the Gestation Age was 6weeks, yet there was no heartbeat.
I started bleeding blood clots last Wednesday morning, we went to hospital but they said we have to wait for 2more wks. Either I will abort naturally by bleeding or I will not.
If their is a heartbeat by then they can do something for the baby or else not.
since then I have been bleeding blod colts every day (maximum during night time)
I am confused wether I should visit doc now or as said by them that is after the said two wks.
All there is huge problem going between me and my mother in law.
That lady is havoc, I am married since last 2 and half month, I am pregnant since more than 2 months yet she wants me to work like a labour she treats me like ****.
my husband is with me, but he is way too good, the moment his mom starts crying he starts telling me his mum is not bad. I have been crying since last 2 wks for more than 2hrs everyday.
I am scared that this is effecting my baby but I cant help it

Unfortunately, nothing she could have done earlier would have changed the outcome. I am so, so sorry for your loss. I wish you all of the best and hopefully things go your way when you are ready to try again.

Unfortunately it sounds like you're miscarrying. If you are 10 weeks there should be a baby with a strong heartbeat. If the gestational sack is measuring 4 weeks behind and there's no heartbeat then it sounds like your baby stopped growing a while ago.
