Bump near nipple

I'm 24 weeks and I just recently have been getting bumps around my nipple.  Is that normal?  I'd ask my doctor but he's out of town on vacation.

They're normal. I forget what they're called but its some kind of gland I believe. The amniotic fluid the baby is in actually smells like them which is why you should let them clean baby at all when they first come out and they should go straight to you skin to skin
