Butt cramps
I've been having these really bad butt cramps in my left butt cheek is that normal ?
Scaitiac nerve look up stretches on youtube i had it so bad 2nd trimester i layed in bed crying i know your pain!
Yes it is. Usually a sign to drink a bit more water. And if you can't stand water try sucking on ice. I had a bad time drinking water because I would throw it up. But I got all the water from the ice lol. I hate butt cramps. I also get them in my side when I lay on my left side to much! ***** so bad. :)
