I have been eating sushi all threw my pregnancy and so far so good. I go to my fav restaurant and stay away from fish that are high in mercury. It could be a slight risk but in my opinion no more risky than getting food poisoning from something else. Eat up. ;) and remember, baby needs omega 3s!
I eat sushi at least once a week cook sushi is actually good for you!
Try an eel roll it's sweet and I PROMISE YOU'LL LOVE IT
I ate sushi throughout all 3 of my pregnancies. Just avoid the fishes high in mercury (shark, tuna, swordfish, etc.).
Okay thats good to hear thanks.
Now i will know.
No, it's not bad to eat cooked sushi. Nor is it bad to eat raw sushi. Just go to a reputable restaurant as you would no matter what you were eating.
Okay Thanks . i think it had avocado cream and shirmp but it said it was cooked so i hope it was okay.
The Omega 3 in fish is good for you and baby but the mercury and having raw fish can be dangerous. I'm not sure what type of fish is used for the sushi you had but the smaller the fish the less mercury it has. Forsure stay away from raw sea food and having to much of it
