COFFEE???
Iknow you are recommended to drink decaf when pregnant but im not a regular coffee drinker. Can i have a carmel frappe' from mcdonalds?? Is it okay ?
You'll be fine just drink lots of water and not so much coffee but yeah Starbucks is my weakness lol
Omg . thanks lol ive been craving. And since this is my second time hearing u can have atleast 200 mg of caffiene a day. Im gonna pull it. Besides ppl do drink coffee everyday during pregnancies and turn out okay.
Yes its fine my baby is perfectly healthy I'm 37 weeks and I allways have caramel fraps from Starbucks and iced coffees from McDonald's you can consume 250 mgs of caffeine a day
