As long as it's not raw, you're fine. I eat cooked sushi all the time! I love sushi too much

Thank god! I was about to cry if I couldn't have them! Haha and it's funny cause I've only had then 2 times and it was before pregnancy I'm usually not a seafood kinda girl

California and tempura rolls which are the cooked rolls are safe to eat. I eat sushi once every two weeks I love sushi my doctor said its perfectly ok.

As long as it's cooked (California rolls usually contain only cooked seafood) then yes.  ;D

California rolls are safe because it doesnt actually have amy raw fish in them, it has imitation crab. ive been eating california rolls but only after i looked it up online a bunch and talked to 2 doctors lol. Usually i pull out the fake crab though haha.

California rolls do not have any raw fish. I ate them all through out my 1st and 2nd trimester. Its fine as long as there is no raw fish.

As long as the crab is streamed or cooked it should be fine:) if you're nervous ask your doctor they can tell you for sure
