It is so hot! Today, and its supposed to continue to be hot. I do not know how women can be pregnant through the summer.. I am due May 24th.. 22 days left.. Anyone know how to keep cool? Showers just aren't cutting it...

Wear natural fibres like cotton, they breathe a lot easier and will help with the sweating. I don't know if you guys have dollar stores down there but they have little portable fans that only need a triple a battery and they would help while you are out and about.

I am in Ca too, it is supposed to be 96 today. I only have 20 days left thank goodness, I am so glad not to be going all summer pregnant.

HA! Do you want to trade? I'm in Alabama and it has been in the 80's since MARCH!! The summers get in the 100's EVERY SINGLE DAY. Plus its always extremely humid, which makes the heat index usually around 120. Enjoy your Cali weather.

I live in SBV, it was almost triple digits yesterday and it'll be another high 90s today. I munch on ice chips, ice cream, anything thats cold to stay cool. Also I dress in thin layer of clothes when I'm in doors and alone.

Must be nice. It's 45°F here today and rainy. It's supposed to rain all weekend til Monday only getting into the 50's and the western half of the state is getting snow...

Snowing that's crazy! It's supposed to be 90° today where I'm at. I have alot of dresses so that's good, and I stay inside for the most part but excited to go to deep creek tomorrow, I have a good tan going on already

I'm hugely jealous, I'm from England and right now it's only 17 degrees. However, I have to go until the end of august so I'm gonna be really uncomfortable during the height of the summer... would love to hear tips to stay cool..

yes. I worked then went out to have lunch with hubby and I was wearing a long sleeve (working at a Dr office its like 60° in there) and I'm dying outside. thank god AC at home was on full blast all night too.

Yupppp amen! Me and my bf have been sleeping in the living room with the balcony door open Lol tomorrow is supposed to be even hotter!!! I work at 711 slurpees are sooo tempting but I stick to my water Lol just try to avoid looking over there lol

I live in cali also but down the street from the beach but ya I dont go to the beach or anything bc its soo hot and plus I haven't woren a bathing suit since I found out I was pregnant so im super white and im sure ill burn lol my gf just found out she is preggers and she lives in the valley and shr has to sleep on their leather sofa bc she gets hot flashes lol

I'm in California too! This weather is already driving me crazy and I'm due in October. I stick my waters in the freezer so it's always ice cold.

I am in san Diego and am not due till august! I will be living in out apartments pool or at the beach. amd eating all the pop cicles I can get my hands on!
