Need to know if Im pregant or not!

Hi, Im 42 years old and I had a tubes tide 11 years ago.  Im 45 days late now on my pierod and i have leaking on both breast from clear to white and im feeling wierd at times I even have had felt like movements inside my stomach and that makes me jump at times cause im not sure what it is.  My nipples are darken and large but still im not sure I did two prenancy test and both were neg so Im not sure can anyone tell me if they have been thru this before. Oh FYI i did research on menopause and I have none of those still so uhm still in the question!

Well at 45 days late assuming you have a normal cycle, if you were you'd only be between 8-12 weeks and in that case you wouldn't have anything coming from your breasts and its impossible to feel any sort of movement that early. Go to the hospital and they can tell you what's going on within a few hours instead of sitting there wondering. Same with going to the dr, could take up to a week to find out! Symptoms are very unreliable to tell if your pregnant or not.  Best of luck! Let us know if your pregnant or not!

The pregnancy tests prove that you are not pregnant and your missing period is probably due to peri-menapause.  For the rest of your symptoms, i would make an appointment with the gynocologist and get a physical.  Have you had one in the last year?  Also, if you cannot go right now, you can always give them a call on the phone and relay your symptoms and see what they say and whether they want you to come in sooner rather than later.
