Can I have a regular period during first month of pregnancy?

I am 24 years old and my cycle has always been regular 27 to 30 days long. Last mont I suspected I was pregnant because AF was 3 days late. I took a pregnancy test and it came out negative. One day later AF made her appearance. My period lasted 4 days with normal to heavy flow, which is normal for me. This month, I was supposed to get my period of March 4th it has hasn't showed up until now. Is there any possibility that I might be pregnant despite the fact that I did get my regular period last month? Note: I haven't had any sex for the past month since my husband is traveling away on business. Any feedback is much appreciated. Thanks.

I just took another pregnancy test this morning as soon as I woke up and it came out negative yet still no period. So now I'm pretty sure I'm not pregnant. I forgot to add that I've been taking Materna Prenatal Vitamins for about 3 weeks now (I started on Feb 15th) because when my husband comes back we will be TTC so I was advised to start taking prenatal vitamins in advance. Maybe the late period has something to do with the prenatal vitamin? Maybe I overdosed on some vitamin or mineral? For example iron (27mg per pill) or Vitamin C? I'm racking my brain to try and find out whats causing this lateness.

If you are pregnant, you can't have a "period" but you can have period-like bleeding. Have you taken a test this month? Also, if you have not had sex in the last month, and the last test you took was negative, I would say chances are you are not pregnant. But if you are ever concerned and think you may be, you can get a blood test done to tell for sure.
