Can I prove I had no sex, if my hymen is intact?

I've to prove that I had no sex yet, in a divorce case to get annulment. If my hymen is intact, can a doctor 100% certify that I had no sex yet?

With no sex the marriage has not yet been consummated. Is your husband not willing to confirm you have not consummated the marriage?

Like the other posters said many women have lost they're hyman long before sex ever enters the picture for them.  There have been annulments granted even in cases where there has been intercourse between the parties involved.

No, they cannot tell whether or not you've had sex (regardless of the hymen). Some women lose their hymen without every having sex (from doing such things as vigorous bike riding, horse back riding, etc.).

No, a doctor can not 100% affirm that you have NOT had sex by the fact your hymen is intact.

This sounds a little odd to me.  Why do you need to prove that you havent had sex in order to get an annulment?  Sex, or lack thereof, is not grounds for an annulement.

No they can't as far as I know.  Your hymen can break from exercise and certain sports.  It's quite common for dancers and gymnasts to have this happen.  So it's not a reliable way to prove that you haven't had sex.

you know i'm really not sure about this.....my mother keeps telling my sister that she can take her to a doctor to find out if she's had sex, but realistically, i don't think it can be proven if it's due to sex? i mean, women who wear tampons, and other life incidents can rupture a hymen, alot of which have absolutely nothing to do with sexual relations
