Am i really greggo?

Okay so heres the deal. i came on my period last month on the 16th but the last time i had sex was mayb the middle of march/end of march. I am due to come on my period tomorrow and decided to take a pregnacy test. WEEEELLLLLLLLL within the first three minutes there was another line but it is very faint. I can see it really good especially when i hold it up to the light. Like I said my period is supposed to be here tomorrow but I havent had any symptoms of it coming at all not even sore breast/nipples. What i have notice though is there is like this pulling sensation at the bottom of my stomach that comes and goes and it is more like a cramp and also for the past two weeks after i eat my dinner and wake up in the morning, my stomach is growling like i went to bed without eating and sometimes it makes me feel really sick to the point to where it feels like im going to throw up. Like i said i am testing in the morning and will let u guys know but in the meantime what to you all think?
